Veo 3.1 provides improved identity consistency, allowing characters to maintain a stable appearance across different settings and multiple scenes. Additionally, the model supports background and object consistency, enabling users to maintain the integrity of settings and reuse specific objects, backgrounds, or textures across different clips.

Creative Blending and Expression

The model can now seamlessly blend disparate elements—including characters, objects, textures, and stylized backgrounds—into a single cohesive clip. It also generates richer dialogue and more engaging movement, even when provided with simple prompts.

  • Professional and Enterprise Workflows: Support for enhanced Ingredients to Video and native vertical formats is rolling out to Flow, the Gemini API, Vertex AI, and Google Vids. The 1080p and 4K resolution options are specifically available via Flow, the Gemini API, and Vertex AI.

To ensure transparency, all videos generated by Google's tools are embedded with SynthID, an imperceptible digital watermark. Users can verify if a video was generated by Google AI by uploading the video to the Gemini app and asking for verification.
