What it solves

This project provides a comprehensive suite of AI-powered tools to assist job seekers throughout the entire employment process, from discovering opportunities to negotiating final salary packages. It eliminates the manual effort of analyzing job descriptions, tailoring resumes, and preparing for behavioral interviews by automating the analysis and document generation.

How it works

The toolkit is designed as a set of "agent skills" that can be integrated into AI agents (like Claude Code or VS Code prompts). It consists of six specialized sub-skills:

• Job Hunt: Searches public sources to create a deduplicated, searchable HTML list of job opportunities.
• Job Description (JD) Decoder: Analyzes a JD against a user's resume to generate an "Offer Strategy" report detailing match quality and interview predictions.
• Resume Builder: Polishes existing resumes or builds new ones, rendering them into 11 different print-ready templates.
• Behavioral Question (BQ) Prep: Helps users mine their past experiences into a structured "story bank" using STAR/CAR methods and predicts company-specific interview questions.
• Offer Compare: Evaluates multiple job offers based on total compensation (TC), growth, and risk to provide a clear recommendation.
• Salary Negotiation: Diagnoses leverage and generates negotiation scripts and a "Negotiation Playbook."
