Ally-Health is an intelligent healthcare assistant that harnesses advanced AI technology and medical expertise to transform personal health management. Through natural language interaction, it helps users record symptoms, manage medications, organize medical records, and access multidisciplinary health insights—making healthcare more intelligent, p
What it solves
WellAlly Health provides a privacy-first, local-first approach to managing personal health records (PHR). It solves the problem of medical data being scattered across various portals, paper printouts, and photos, while avoiding the privacy risks associated with uploading sensitive medical history to cloud-based commercial apps.
How it works
The system operates as a local-first intelligence system built on top of Claude Code's command-line tooling. It uses AI image recognition to extract structured data from photos of lab reports, prescriptions, and discharge summaries. All data is stored on the user's local machine in plain JSON and Markdown files, requiring no external database or account. It employs a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) architecture with 16 specialty domains and 20 specialized analysis skills to provide health insights and drug interaction checks.
Who it’s for
Individuals who want an AI-powered assistant to organize and analyze their medical history, track health trends, and check for drug interactions without surrendering their medical privacy to cloud services.
Highlights
- Local-first storage: Data is stored in open JSON/Markdown formats on the user's disk, ensuring total ownership and privacy.
- Intelligent ingestion: Uses AI to automatically structure biochemical test values, imaging data, and discharge summaries from images.
- Clinical safety intelligence: Features a five-level severity warning system for drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-dose, and drug-food interactions.
- Multi-disciplinary analysis: Includes 16 specialty domains (e.g., Cardiology, Oncology, Pediatrics) and a coordinator for integrated consultations.
- Radiation tracking: Implements a body-surface-area adjusted exponential decay model for tracking medical radiation exposure.
