What it solves

Happier provides a cross-device interface for AI coding agents (like Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode), allowing developers to start coding sessions locally on a computer and continue or control them remotely via mobile, web, or desktop apps without losing context.

How it works

It uses a three-part architecture: a Machine Daemon that manages LLM processes and sessions locally on the computer, a Relay Server (which can be self-hosted or cloud-based) that handles communication and storage, and a UI/App (mobile, web, or desktop) that connects to the daemon through the relay server. All data is end-to-end encrypted using TweetNaCl to ensure zero-knowledge privacy.
