AI-native video production toolkit for Claude Code
What it solves
This toolkit provides an AI-native workspace for creating professional "explainer" style videos autonomously. It eliminates the manual effort of coordinating scripts, voiceovers, music, and visuals by giving an AI agent (specifically Claude Code) the necessary tools, templates, and skills to handle the entire production pipeline from concept to final MP4 render.
How it works
The system integrates Claude Code with a suite of open-source AI models and media tools. It uses a project management system to track the video lifecycle (planning, assets, review, audio, editing, and rendering).
- Production Pipeline: The agent uses slash commands (like
/videoand/generate-voiceover) to manage the workflow. - Visuals: It leverages Remotion (a React-based framework) for compositions and animations, and integrates tools for AI image generation (FLUX.2), AI video generation (LTX-2), and talking heads (SadTalker).
- Audio: It generates AI voiceovers using Qwen3-TTS or ElevenLabs and creates background music via ACE-Step.
- Infrastructure: Heavy AI processing is offloaded to cloud GPUs via Modal or RunPod to keep local requirements low and costs minimal.
Who it’s for
Content creators, developers, and product managers who need to produce high-quality product demos, sprint reviews, walkthroughs, or social media shorts without a full production team.
Highlights
- End-to-End Automation: Handles everything from scriptwriting and asset generation to final rendering and YouTube publishing.
- Cost-Efficient: Relies on open-source models that allow for extremely low-cost generation (e.g., voiceovers for ~$0.01).
- Brand Integration: Supports brand profiles to automatically apply consistent colors, fonts, and styling across projects.
- Extensible Toolkit: Includes a library of custom scene transitions (like glitch and RGB split) and a registry of specialized AI skills.
- Browser Automation: Includes Playwright integration to record browser interactions for product demos.
