How it works

The extension injects a toolkit toolbar and additional UI components into the ChatGPT web interface. It uses a API-based approach to fetch session data, which allows it to bypass the limitations of ChatGPT's "virtualized list" (where the browser only renders a few messages at a time). This ensures that search, export, and timeline features work across the entire conversation, even for messages not currently visible on the screen.
