Agent Skill Creator allows organizations to capture the lived expertise of subject matter experts (SMEs) and turn it into reusable, tested, and governed agent skills. It prevents the loss of expert judgment and ensures that AI agents can perform recurring business tasks with a trusted, validated workflow.

How it works

The system converts a prompt and evidence (such as spreadsheets, reports, emails, and transcripts) into a reusable workflow. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides the examples and approves the result; the Creator builds and verifies the skill; and a marketplace operator governs and publishes the skill for others in the organization to install and use.
