What it solves

MoAI-Cowork provides a family of specialized AI "coworkers" designed for non-developers to handle professional business tasks in a Korean context. It removes the barrier of complex prompting or technical setup by allowing users to start projects via natural language and automatically matching them with the right expert AI agents.

How it works

The system operates through a hub-and-spoke model centered around a Project Manager (PM) agent:

1. Project Initialization: Users run the /project command. The PM agent interviews the user to understand the goal and required outputs. It then assembles a "skill chain" of specialized coworkers (e.g., Marketer, Lawyer, Designer) and creates project-specific instruction files (AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md).
2. Natural Language Execution: Once the project is set up, users can simply state their task in plain Korean (e.g., "Write a business plan"). The system automatically matches the request to the correct skill chain, executing tasks like content generation, document conversion (e.g., to PPTX), and quality review.
3. Cross-Platform Support: It is deployed as a marketplace of plugins for two desktop applications: Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Work (Codex), using specific manifest files for each.
