What it solves

PM-Skills eliminates the need for repetitive prompt engineering when using AI for product management. It replaces generic AI responses with a library of professional frameworks, production-ready templates, and real-world examples to ensure consistent, high-quality output across the entire product lifecycle.

How it works

The project provides a curated library of 68 "skills"—pre-defined professional PM frameworks and workflows. These skills are compliant with the Agent Skills Spec, making them available across various AI assistants (such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf). Users can invoke these skills via slash commands (e.g., /pm-skills:deliver-prd) or through orchestration sub-agents. The system also includes a project memory feature that allows skills to remember project-specific context (like the current phase or active initiative) to avoid repetitive data entry.
