ASu-skills is a comprehensive AI-powered workflow plugin designed to help job seekers, particularly students and early-career developers, navigate the entire employment process. It solves the problem of translating raw technical experience—such as AI programming logs, open-source contributions, and project code—into professional, evidence-based resumes and interview-ready narratives.

How it works

The project provides a suite of eight specialized AI "skills" (entry points) that can be integrated into AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, and TraeWork. These skills automate different stages of the job search:

• Experience Translation: /asu and /asu-recap convert raw project logs and technical tasks into professional job-seeking language and evidence chains.
• Project Analysis: /project-guide analyzes repositories to create study guides and interview talking points.
• Resume Generation: /make-resume and /asu-resume generate editable HTML resumes based on templates or specific high-density technical styles.
• Strategic Preparation: /contributor helps find small, impactful open-source contributions to build a portfolio, while /interview simulates rigorous interviews with continuous questioning.
• Management: /offer tracks applications, assessments, and offers via a generated tracker.
