Auto Captionは、システムオーディオ出力またはマイク入力からリアルタイム字幕を生成するためのクロスプラットフォームのソリューションを提供し、ユーザーがオーディオストリームのリアルタイムの文字起こしと翻訳を表示できるようにします。

仕組み

このソフトウェアは、グラフィカルユーザーインターフェース（GUI）とモジュール式のキャプションエンジンで構成されています。システムからオーディオをキャプチャし、選択された音声文字起こし（STT）エンジンを通じて処理します。翻訳については、ローカルLLM（Ollama経由）、クラウドベースのOpenAI-compatible API、またはGoogle Translate APIと統合できます。エンジンは、GUIアプリケーションの一部として、またはターミナル経由のスタンドアロン実行ファイルとして実行できます。
