What it solves

Observal is a registry and insight platform designed for teams managing context engineering for AI coding agents. It eliminates the need to manually maintain separate configuration files and setup instructions for different AI coding tools (harnesses) by providing a single place to package, version, and distribute shared context.

How it works

Observal uses a server-client architecture consisting of a self-hosted server (API, web UI, and databases) and a CLI installed on developer machines.
